Nice lake and beautiful park

It was a good stroll along the lake and the park area. The is where you should visit after you see the springs and the canals.

Tranquil spot in the middle of the city. Well kept walkways and parkland surround the lake. I visited on a Sunday afternoon in Spring the weather was warm and pleasant. There were brides having photos taken and musicians playing in bands purely for their own enjoyment and friendship. Quite unforgettable really.

If you're in Jinan, Daming Lake is well worth a visit. It's a nice place to stroll around. You'll be able to see brides posing for portraits, people dancing and exercising as well as the lovely lake and China's unique bridges. I often walk here and find it's more lively at night when more musicians come to perform.

It lives up to the 5 star rating for attraction. The spacious and clean lake is surrounded by properly paved walkway for people. The entrance fee is free and they even had slopes for those who are on wheelchairs and strollers. Plenty of stalls selling local food, toys, drinks in there but the cleanliness of the area is still maintained... More

Very Neat and well maintained. A good spot to spend leisure time. I was amazed by the overall cleanliness. On a working day found lots of visitors and families. A must visit if you are at Jinan

I loved being at the lake! Ok, it's not a 'must see' or a great attraction, but it's a lovely place to be. Just being close to nature and seeing trees is a treat for the soul. If you're in town, have a wonder down.

A nice artificial lake in the center of Jinan. Lots of tourists there, even on a cold Sunday morning.

I visited here on my own as it was within walking distance of my hotel. The lake is bigger than I was expecting, I was able to spend a good couple of hours wandering around. I found it a nice space to get away from the hustle and bustle of the city. There's a section of the lake which you... More

I live and work in Jinan and have been to Daming lake a few times. With the beautiful lotus flowers and the Chinese boats on the lake it's definitely a change of scenery. The best way to experience it is if you go just before sun set and then walk around. Find a place to sit and watch the lights... More
