Built in 1903 by a German official as a hunting and fishing villa. There is a nice surrounding garden with many locals sketching the façade. Combines Roman and Gothic architectural styles. You can access several levels with good views out to sea and the coast....More

The mansion is nothing extraordinary for European standards but an interesting piece of assembled styles from several ages built in the early 20th century.

Definitely worth a look. Good sea views from the top of the turret. Small gift shop sells period postcard photos. Not as much history as the Governor's mansion, so if time is limited, you can easily skip the Huashi Villa. Surrounding Badaguan is pleasant to...More

this building was known because the president of the KMT used to stay here before communist times. its a nice building and people often come to take their wedding photos here
