Nice, quiet, old place.

The time has stopped in this place. It was a great walk in the small streets along the small river. We recommend it.

Yes, a bridge is just a bridge. When you think about any of the most 'beautiful' bridges in the world are just means to get from one side to another whether it's Brooklyn or San Francisco or good ole Shaoxing. This bridge is minuscule for sure, but it's all about the environment - it's surroundings are the sort of thing... More

Yes, as people say "it's just a bridge like many others in China", and that is truth. But, this bridge is in amazing old part of Shaoxing, that is (unlike others) not commercialised and so peaceful. I often go there for a walk, to escape from crowd and noise. It's like a time machine. No tourist shops, no nothing, just... More

Interesting that is is up for review. It is a stone bridge. Just that. If you are in the neighborhood, then go see it but it is not worth an extra trip just to see this type of bridge which you can find in many places in China.

This bridge and surrounding water village is largely uncommercialised. There are just occasional small shops serving the local community.

Not a big area, but there are some old buildings with old people live inside around this area. There is a Catholic church just near the bridge. Not so many tourist come here, sometimes there are couples have some photos e.g. weeding photos here. Firstly, I did not understand why this bridge could be so famous, then a local old... More
