The Stone Pony is rich in history but little else in the way of creature comforts...depending on the crowd size you may be shoulder to shoulder with some very sweaty folks and it gets really really warm, so keep that in mind when choosing your...More

Awful experience Friday night at the Stone Pony. I was turned away after being told I was drunk. Was stone cold sober. What a waste of money and time. If you're going to overbook an event and then make up stories to refuse entry, you...More

Came in August for a night with Dark Star Orchestra. Lots of parking around the Stone Pony although you have to pay for every spot. Summer stage is all outdoors with a large stage at one end. Quite a few food vendors inside and beer...More

Our first time at the Stone Pony Summer Stage on a beautiful cooler August night, to see Gary Clark Jr. There are some definite pro's and con's to Summer Stage. Headliner came on at 8:30PM; tickets and website say "5:00." This is important because you'll...More

Pros: Small enough venue to feel like it was a personal concert. Older crowd maybe because it was Echo and the Bunnymen, but everyone was so friendly! Drinks are potent so pace yourselves. Cons: Porto potties aren't the cleanest.

Stone Pony is a cool venue. We obviously went while the summer stage was in use. The event wasn't oversold so you were able to move around the show and get up to the pit. The hardest part is getting beer as all the vendors...More

We have been to a few shows here, both inside and out at the summer stage and it is always special. You can get up close to the stage with general admission, just get there early. It's worth the wait to be that close.

Not open for business when we were there but we were welcomed in to wander around and take pictures! As a Bruce fan, I was in heaven! Such incredible history in the place and a great gift shop! Will definitely return for a show someday!

Drove up from Southern Maryland to see 311 play the Stone Pony Summer Stage on Saturday, July 15. Don't look to be blown away by this venue; it's pretty much a gated parking lot with a huge stage and outdoor bars surrounding it. That being...More

I have been to the outside "Summer Stage" to see several concerts, and it is always enjoyable. Rain or shine seeing a concert outdoors so close to the beach is perfect.
