Booking the tour I had the impression of a one hour hike along a coastal trail. Be prepared as it is fairly difficult to get to the beaches. Also when we went it was very crowded. We still had a great time.

Maybe because I went to the Chocoan forest after, which is free, but I found the price of the entry quite expensive, though the walk to Cabo San Juan was a nice experience

It's a beautiful place to walk but it takes a long time to find a beach were you can swim! It took us about 2 hours but when you're there... it's wonderful!

One of the most beautiful Beaches in the caribbean. It's a 1 hour or 1:30 ramble to reach beaches in the middle of the jungle. It's amazing.

The place is awesome because of its breathtaking views and because it allows its visitors getting to know a dazzling exuberant nature, and the native ancestral heritage of the place, however, food stands are scarce, and thus are very expensive

I fully recommend to do it by your self unless you want to go to La Ciudad Perdida. But it is just for one or to days you can do it alone
