This pass, though it has its charm, stands no ground when compared to Ladakh or Spiti. The roads are poorly maintained and the views are just about ordinary. Though we had fun spotting Taurus cattle species (called Mithun in Hindi).

It's an astounding place to visit especially during the winter season as it is almost always covered with snow at that time. You do have a few stay options at this point but it is better to stay at Roing and do a day trip...More

Mayodia Pass is great outing place in Arunachal where you can enjoy snow in winter. But for stay options don't stay at the Coffee house, as it is shabby and locals say it is spooky. No power, cold damp rooms with chilly water in taps...More
