Very beautiful architecture and one of the biggest mosques of Gujarat. It is in the centre of the town so on a routine day, it will be a very crowded place. One of the best time to visit it is in the morning.

Of course it is open to all as are most mosques in India in my experience! I am not sure what the opening hours are but I am sure you can look it up on Google.
