It takes 4 to 5 hours for reaching Manikaran Gurudware sahib Ji from manali and 3 to 4 hours in returning. Road in very narrow. I advise to go only in Government vehicle as only himachal roadways buses offers 33 % discount to woman. Schedule your travel in early morning, ask bus timings 01 day prior from the Government bus... Manikaran gurudwara is one of the holy sites for sikhs and is situated very close to the siva temple. The beas river and the surrounding mountains give a very picturesque view of this serene temple. There is also a hot springs pool where devotees take bath during the visit

This place is about 6 kms further from Kasol located in Parvati Valley. This place is considered as sacred pilgrimage for sikhs and great tourist destination for them with an added beauty of natural hot spring water.

The place is around 50 kms from Manali and it is not worth visiting if you are not a pilgrim. I visited in March, 2017 and roads were rough at some places. It is not worth to visit for its natural beauty. You can see similar hot spring in Vasisth which is 2-3 kms from Manali.

The Gurudwara is a major Tourists attraction on account of the Peaceful bathing afforded by the natural bath pond. The flavourful and authentic food provided at the Gurudwara also add it's charm to the whole experience. There was also temples of Hindu God's Rama and Krishna nearby.
