It is a very scenic drive with the bonus of vulture sighting. If one is not able to get the permit for Rohtang or beyond, then this drive can be tried after noon. Till noon time it is packed with Rohtang bound vehicles.

This place is the check point for permits, resulting in 5km long line of vehicles, and long jams. Needs to be sorted out.
