We booked the night before and everything happened as described. Villages, potery, even carpet making. Great guide. Really fun trip, eye opening and definitely the best way to spend a morning in Jodhpur.

It was a very enjoyable tour giving us an opportunity to see outside city life. Thoroughly enjoyed travelling around the villages meeting the locals, seeing their lifestyles and how they make a living. Also saw a lot of animal life, it was educational as well as entertaining as our guide had a wealth of local knowledge. Worth booking.

This was my second time using these services and I booked the half day village tour for my group while in Jodhpur. Booking is easily done by email, with prompt replies from Chhotoram. Our two jeeps were waiting on time for us and we all had a lovely, unrushed time in many villages, learning about different customs and ways of... More

We had a wonderful "half day" experience. The pick-up was on time and very considerate of my condition (I was sick that morning). The guide was very kind and spoke a good english. His family was very nice and the food was also good. The tour included a visit of different village and it was also nice. We could see... More

We read reviews of the tour on TripAdvisor and contacted Chhotaram Prajapat through the Bishnoi Village Safari website. I must say it was one of the best things we did in Jodhpur. The tour of the Bishnoi village was very entertaining and interesting in terms of learning about the community, the culture, the people, the state, the cuisine, the territory,... More

I love animals and the fact that "Bishnoi" people love them so dearly, got me interested in this tour. The beginning of the tour was awesome as we got to see wildlife very closely and the latter part was a shopping tour of the villages. We drove past a few kilometers and stopped on the way to see the making... More

Nice tour of village life- without any other tourists around. Awesome to escape jodhpur city for the day and enjoy a home cooked meal, local families, animals, and art. Try making pottery! Be prepared the roads are bumpy, but you get to ride in a literal safari truck & it's definitely worth the trip! Must do in jodhpur.

We did both the Village & Camel safari, both are really good experience to us and we saw a different side of India through these tours. We enjoyed our time with a guide with sense of humor :) The only down side is that the children in the shepherds village surrounded us to ask for money.

Thank odychu
