One of the Iconic places in India and especially in Dehradun. Student of the Year has been shot here, and after that, this place has become one of the most visited places in the town.

The building is a heritage structure of great beauty and scale. the surrounding greenery is superlative. There even was a board warning pedestrians of incursions by leopards.
