After losing my prescription sunglasses, I thought I was stuck. We heard of Wina Optic in Kuta and went to see if I could get some replacement sunglasses within the short time period we were staying in the area. There was enough choice of frames, the price was cheap (£40) and we could collect them within 7 days. The man... More

Hi All Yes WINA has moved from Supernova to a better store not far from there. The new address is JLRaya Kuta 133. Store is nicer and location is better IMO. The service and products remain first class along with an amazing price. On this occasion, Hendri changed lenses in two frames I had bought online to match the lenses... More

Thanks to 999sue, we called and found Hendri's new address is now JL Raya Kuta #133, Near the Police Tourist office, in front of the Minimarket Bali Jaya. Give your driver that address and you'll get there :) We've just been in and ordered our glasses to be collected in 5 days. 3 pairs of single vision glasses for $145... More

I had been to supernova some years ago, I remember it as a place where mostly locals shop, as prices were very good there...well I went back today and to my surprise the place has been totally demolished and boarded up! Big signs announce that a hardy's (a local chain of department stores) will be coming there...

We finally found Henry again, he has moved, still on same road as Supernova. His new number is 085 1045 70970 and 085 1009 43505. He is brilliant, highly recommend!

One of the older departmental stores in Kuta. Good enough for basic necessities with products here reasonably priced. There is a very good optician here. Parking is also a breeze.
