A really cool unique view over the rice fields. We got a taxi from Ubud which cost 300000 returning to our hotel too which we didn't think was that bad (a few stops on the way too) we paid a guy 10000 each but don't actually know why as you don't need to pay to see the fields. Maybe it... More

When you are going a bit further than the mass tourism it is an impressive place to visit. Take 2-3 hours to have a hiking experience and great views from the other site.

Very nice view. You can do the paddy field trekking, better come in the morning or late in the afternoon since it is very hot. Its free to do the trekking, but the restaurants here are bit pricey. Must try if you love outdoor and photography.

A lovely place to enjoy Mother Nature and her natural art! You have options of walking certain sections and observe how the rice paddies are structured up close. They have several more months of growth before harvest time.A newfound appreciation for all the labour involved!

I stopped by briefly to view this amazing concept of growing rice in a limited area. It looks spectacularly green. I was traveling from Ubud on my way to Mt Matur. Worth a drop in.

The view is amazing that's for sure. Other than that, there's nothing that interests me here. My guide said there's a much bigger rice field which is far off from here. If you're on your way to a destination & happen to be passing this area, then I think it's worth a quick pit stop just for the view. There's... More

My husband and I visited last week, they are beautiful. We rented a driver through infobalidriver.com for $65 Canadian for 10 hours (Batu was our driver and he was fantastic). Started by visiting the spectacular Tekad Cepung waterfalls..we were the only ones there and it was very romantic, then we headed to the rice fields and lastly shopping in Ubud.... More

Personally, we had a terrible tour guide, he was a replacement for our original guide, who did not show up . Our guide did not following our list of places , we had requested. . We did not know where he was going , he drove slow, in an otherwise aggressive city . When we decided to come back to... More
