The Campuhan Ridge Walk is arguably the best known Ubud trek and with good reason. The sparse crowds and the aesthetically rich vistas remind one of why people from around the world come to Bali. The trail starts at the historical origin of Ubud, the confluence (or Campuhan) of the Wos Rivers.

I love the nature and the peace uo there. If you'd like to avoid big tourist groups come here for sunrise. Just a few locals come here on their morning walk and it's super quiet!

I really enjoyed this walk and found it beautiful and peaceful.Singing in the rain on this walk was also an interesting and delightful adventure. I would do it again. Especially enjoyed finding a little healing centre and health herbal shop at the end of the...More

Nice little short walk and free which is hard to find in Bali! :) Escapes the traffic and the constant beeping... some nice rice fields at the top too with a little cafe!

This is a really easy walk - its pretty short. Even if you stroll, it's no more than a 45 mins walk. Lovely views along the way. We walked back to Ubud via the main road at the end - there's some steep bits along...More

What a view! Well worth the trek! I'd suggest walking to the restaurant at the half way point. Grab a water/ bathroom break and then head back. It's too hot to continue and you get the same view as the first half. We met a...More

Nice easy walk. Beautiful views either side. A few warungs towards the end of the track for a drink and a snack. Worth doing if you have free time in Ubud.

I can't see any danger with it. There are plenty of runners up that early to avoid the morning heat anyway!

We stayed at the Lokha Spa, which is part way along, so we didn't survey the whole track. The towards-Ubud part is quite uneven but not too bad. A stroller with large wheels would be advisable, rather than a small-wheeled... More
