An active temple with long history, good for photography and learn to know the blended culture between chinese and javanese.

It is a vast temple of Sam po kong, I admire the architecture and the sight. It's a good spot for taking a picture and very popular with the locals. I just love semarang that is multicultural, the locals are friendly and respectful

This temple was really beautiful despite the hot weather of Semarang. No matter what is your religion you are able to visit this temple since they separated the touristy part and the ritual part. Too bad the history of Cheng Ho was not elaborated well.

This temple is quite big and beautiful, but the weather is super hot, don't forget to bring an umbrella and sunglasses. There are also available some foods and drinks that we can buy

This Chinese temple in Semarang may remind people of the Forbidden City in Beijing, China. The architecture, the interior and the exterior, gives a sense of strong Chinese culture. If lucky, visitors may be able to enjoy a puppet dance. The area is relatively large. It is good to have an afternoon walk here.
