As a Baha'i, these gardens have special meaning, but for anyone they are breathtaking. Expansive, well-designed and colorful any time of year, they need time for walking and gazing to fully appreciate the work that goes into keeping them so manicured.

Wonderful gardens! If you are not Bahai or have a concerted interest in the Bahai faith... skip going into the actual temple because the wait is not worth it.

It's so peaceful being in this lovely garden. As it is also in the Bahai Gardens in haifa, here as well, smoking, eating, walking on the grass is forbidden. It's only a couple of minutes drive from Akko town so if you are in Akko,...More

If you are in or near Haifa, be sure to visit the Bahai Gardens and Shrine. It is worthwhile to read about the Bahai before you go so you have some idea why the gardens are so exquisite. Be sure to visit both the upper...More

This is a truly beautiful place. The gardens are so well maintained they can compete with English gardens :o) The shrine is beautiful, and I just like the idea of the religion that is all-inclusive and non-discriminating, propagating equality.

The gardens are very beautiful and well maintained. The crew is very nice and welcoming. A visit can take you about an hour. You'll see the temple, the gardens and a movie that explains about the Bahai religion. Note that you need to wear modest...More

We visited Bahai Gardens on August 30, 2018. We took advantage of the English tour. The tour lasted about 45 minutes but was very informational regarding the Bahai’ faith and history. Of course the gardens were very picturesque. Unfortunately, we arrived too late to visit...More

Free tour, so worth taking a look at, but you can get a great view of the city, without going through the tour.

The gardens are beautifull the problem is that the main ones are open to to the public only on certain days. So even though the entrance is free, there is nothing much to see on the wrong days

As part of a guided tour, we visited the highest place on the mountain at Haifa, and were able to look down on the harbour and the Bahai Gardens, which are most wonderfully kept and all green. Apparently, this sight has no religious significance but...More

You just walk straight from there. It is near by, at the end of Ben Gurion Blvd.
