I hope I don't hurt anybody feelings but this is tiny (but holy) little building. There is not much to do there except just walking around which takes you two minutes tops. Still, for Christians it is holy place and while being in Nazareth I...More

Mary's Well itself is nothing special, but because of many restaurants and shops in its area, many tourists pass it along. And in the weeks leading to Christmas or Easter, the place is crowded because of Holiday events that take place around it.

Certainly this well has Biblical significance (according to Greek Orthodox), but the no-longer-functioning well itself has not much to offer. Can simply take a quick look for a minute or two when one passes by.

We visited the site and were given a glimpse to how the get water in time past. God made the earth to be self sufficient. As knowledge increases, we introduce more complex systems that make living also complex.

Significant place to visit and worth the steep walk uphill to reach it. Again, development has left it untouched but in the midst of bars, cafes and shops.

Really nothing historical to be part of. Just a nicely built structure. Rather visit the Ancient Bathhouse and see and experience the rich history of Nazareth.

You can just keep this place. Im wondering why they call this place to "Mary's Well" is this biblical place? Im not sure. But one of the good things is very easy to find this place.

This site is somewhat neglected. There is no water to be seen and the place generally has something of an abandoned feeling.
