Our Gate 1 tour took us to Safed where the guide pointed out this gallery as an upstanding business. We bought a rather valuable work of art, going on trust of the guide and our instincts. However, there is always a little doubt niggling at one after such a purchase. On our return, we visited several auction house sites and... More

I just bought two lithograph's, one signed in the plate and one signed by hand. I checked and everything was perfect. Despite somebody previously writing that he didn't know they were signed on the plate nor original signature. I believe that is just a competitor. I enjoyed Ruben very much. The pieces are brilliant and this is The Best Gallery... More

Located in the tourist area this is a high quality artist gallery. Many beautiful sculptures and paintings, The owner was very friendly and knowledgeable about the art work on display. Worth a stop while out looking at the many shops and kiosks, Hope this helps.

A few months ago, my friend traveled to Safed, Israel from Miami, Florida. His family had been searching for a Marc Chagall painting for years and had no luck finding a proper selection, a fair price and one with the proper authentication documentation. That is, until they met Ruven Sade, the longtime owner of Soul Art Gallery. Mr. Sade not... More

Visited a few weeks ago and was impressed with all the incredible artwork. I was planning to buy something nice and settled on a very special Chagall Lithograph and a stunning work from Dorit Gur. Everything went smoothly and the artwork arrived safe and quick. To my surprise the owner sent a small gift for my daughter along with the... More

The gallery has excellent art and they go a very good job of packing and shipping the purchased pieces/paintings. The gentlemen running the gallery are very nice and helpful. We will re-visit the gallery in our next trip. Mariana and Asher Tamir - Toronto, Canada

Caution! Caution! Caution! On April 23rd, 2015 Gate One Travel took our tour to the Soul Art Gallery in Safed Israel. It looked like a very upscale gallery. The Abraham Sade Square it was on was even named after an ancestor of the owner Toval Sade. Mr. Toval Sade told us that Chagall had been a professor of art at... More

This is a stop on Gate 1 tours of Israel. While my spouse and I were not interested in purchasing fine art, there were some beautiful pieces to view. Several members of our group bought original oil paintings, so for them, it was a worthwhile visit.

Beautiful Art Work and honorable people here. The art speaks for itself. I purchased a piece of art that I love and when the price on my credit card was wrong, they told me that it was due to currency fluctuation and immediately refunded the difference. I hope to go back on my next trip to Israel.
