The Convention Center is a clean well kept place to hold an event. They keep the bathrooms clean and when there are close to 2000 people at an event, clean bathrooms are really important.

Love the venue...took me a minute looking at the formal name to comprehend this is "The Egg" which is a classic downtown Albany landmark. The interior sound is superb for concerts.

Came here with a friend to go ice skating. The building seemed really nice but lacked directions to the ice skating rink. Myself and a few other people were confused on how to get there!

Albany is the capital of New York State. It is a mixture of old and new buildings. The plaza is a mix of old and new buildings. Quite peaceful just to walk around. The "egg" is totally made of concrete.

The convention center itself is set up very well for large events. But the parking setup, and the way it is run and finding your way around is another matter.
