Spent the afternoon here caving with my daughter who's 11, husband and friends. This was our first time here. The owner was very friendly, helpful and awesome with the kids. The kids spend four hours exploring the caves while the adults tired after two hours. The great part about this place is that you can bring in your own food,... More

The guys that work here were very helpful. It was a lot of fun! Definitely harder than I imagined. But I tried as many walls as possible and the caving as well. Being older I felt kind of weird going through the caves as it was mainly children that were doing it but I managed to do it, it was... More

0 stars=AWFUL service- no acknowledgment for over 40 mins and other people were taken before us and we were a call ahead for a party!!! When the person finally asked rudely to help us she wouldn't take the signed waivers!!!! She expected one the kids to sit out while everyone else got to go in!! I'm not a negative person... More

Brought a group there. The woman who ran it seemed angry about the fact that there were people there. She was rude, nasty, gave terrible directions, and yelled at the kids. They were highly understaffed, which led to safety issues. She was a wholly unpleasant human being who shouldn't be allowed to deal with the general public. DO NOT waste... More

Had our child's birthday party here and were very satisfied. They do not offer any food or special arrangements, but have tables were you can set up for cake and/or snacks. The staff did a great job explaining rules and showing the kids how to climb, no easy task when dealing with a bunch of 10 year olds! They were... More

I took my daughter and her friend to A.I.R. last week. She has been itching to go there, but was too young (the lower limit is 10 years old). Now that she was "of age" we decided to spend a few hours. Since it was a vacation week, there were quite a few people in the gym. After filling out... More

First off, let me say I don't mind waiting especially if they are busy but we stood there for 20 minutes and not one person acknowledged us. The one guy that worked there walked right passed us and didn't even say anything, a simple "I'll be right with you guys" would have been appreciated. Very rude, and terrible customer service.... Its not so expensive either but bring cash or your Amex card. This place is fun for adults and kids alike. They have 2 rooms for wall climbing a indoor caving system and a zipline. The cave is like a maze its quite fun they have built rooms and obstacles in the cave for exploring. My friend and I will... More

We arrived to indoor rockgym on Sunday and the place was empty (thinking about it afterwards, that was a dead giveaway). As soon as we entered the overwhelming smell of feet engulfed us, disgusted but determined we soldiered on. The place is ill maintained and definitely seen better days, just a very sad place. We have waited for 10 minutes... More

We needed something to do in between lacrosse games.Found this gym. Guys running this gym were helpful getting us geared up and educated on how to climb. Then he let us go. Our family of 5 spent the next several hours climbing and caving. This gym also has "caves", tunnels that travel in the walls and ceiling. These caves were... More
