The Bokcheon Museum is located next to the ancient tombs of Bokcheon-dong. Worth looking out the back at these tombs with contents of pots & skeletons. Well preserved & Under cover. Excellent pre-history. Diorama, tools & skull reconstructions. Shows you how the prehistoric lived and looked. Fabulous view over the blue roofs of Busan and Dongane township.

It was a stopover of 45 minutes on our themed tour to Beomeosa on the Busan city bus tour. The place is huge consisting of the museum building, outdoor exhibition hall and ancient tomb park. The place that worth to go see the history of Gaya Kingdom. Close to others attractions eg Ancient Tombs, Fortress. No admission fee!!!

There are quite a few buildings in the area that had different purposes long ago--some have been redone on the inside to have a miniature of the area while others have been left alone. I didn't go into the main museum. I really liked the area where the digs were. I'd really suggest going to this area for a whole... More
