The inside is beautiful but had a huge amount of school groups which made it hard to walk around. The outside gardens are lovely and romantic and makes for a nice stroll with your significant other.

The outdoor gardens lack maintenance and looks nice from a far but is very bad when up close. The plants are balding and the fountains are empty.

It was enjoyable to walk through this botanical garden, but I have seen better. It was great fun to go up to the top of the tower for a 360 degree view of the area.
