There is entrance fee to the waterfall. A relaxing stroll and great for photos. Need 30 mins to complete the small park.

This place needs a lot of walking but it is all worth it. The view is simply magnificent. You can sit here all day and still not get tired of the view.

The main attraction is definitely the waterfall. It's a nice garden, with beautiful view. A great place for morning or afternoon stroll. Interesting place for those who want to take pictures with the waterfall or river view.

Nice complement to Jusangjeollidae. The waterfalls are nice, but the highlight is the mirror pond with the volcanic rock formation.

we had a bit of trouble figuring out how to get here. I think we took the longest route and probably walked 5+ miles to get there. But it was beautiful and we saw some interesting things on our roundabout trip there - amazing views from way high up, a private temple with chanters, the countryside, etc.

Visited on our volcanic forces tour provided through Expedia. The falls are really nice and you can walk down towards the lower rock platforms along the river, but be careful, you might get hit with a selfie stick. There are also some bridges where you can pose for photos before arriving at the waterfall. They weren't as crowded. Lots of... More

Okie, to be fair.. I was more fascinated by the park leading to the waterfall than the actual waterfall itself. The thing about waterfall is that once you've seen one, you've more or less seen it all and Cheonjiyeon was no exception. However..!! The surrounding Park is a different story. The serenity of being surrounded by mountains and beautiful foliage... More

The falls are very close to the city and the M-Stay hotel, where I stayed. I went during the day on my own, and it was very nice... but it was also pretty crowded. Not to the point of being unbearable, but "solitude" it it not. The walkway leading to the falls is a nice experience as well. Went back... More

Take the opportunity to enjoy the stroll down towards the waterfall. But be warned, it is a tourist hotspot and it can get crowded at times, especially at the end where the waterfall is!
