It’s a historic clock tower, nice enough but really just a stopping place on a walk around the ramparts and maybe a photo. There is a good view back to the new town across the test match cricket ground.
Have to position yourself in the right area to get the desired shot you want! Great landmark located in a historic district. A lot of foot traffic and crowds in the nearby area. Beautiful site to see. Highly recommend you visit!
