The fort is a UNESCO World Heritage Site & you can see why. All the original ramparts still enclose it & many of the original buildings have been preserved. Great to walk round & soak up the atmosphere.

Beautiful place in Galle. Lot's of history behind the walls. Beautiful and old buildings, churches, mosques, magic shops with antics, small restaurants and people makes this place special. When you visiting Galle fort you have to experience sunset 😍
