The worst company you can choose. Traveling from surat Thani to Phuket and the driver make 10 stops delivering packages, ( even on the side of the highway), and the worst is that was going over the speed limit even in the curves with 14 people and luggages in a minivan !! We almost crushed because he didn’t see a traffic light..! Absolutely unsafe travel. Choose a big bus better.

Arrived at Donsak pier from Koh Samui to catch 13:45 bus to Surat Thani airport. Waited for another ferry to arrive 14:25, only then when bus was full departed to Surat Thani with 45min delay. If you have plane to catch, good luck. Don’t rely on punctuality in Thailand too much

This company is terrible. They had us get off one bus and wait which isn’t awful or uncommon in Thailand. The problem is the bus we got on to drive 3+ hours was miserable. It was constantly bumping up and down. I was crammed in the back row without being able to lean back. Driver drove way too fast making the ride not relaxing or even slightly enjoyable. Better options. Make sure they use a big bus.

Horrible, nothing about safe and comfortable travel. 13 people squeezed in a mini bus with no seat belt and no headrest. Totally unsafe! Staff at pier hardly spoke any English. The quality of service is the exact opposite of what they promote on their webpage.

Big confusion at Airport as the office is too small for the number of employees. No clear indication of the next bus leaving. Minivan to the pier is old, very uncomfortable and with a whining transmission noise. Driver is ok but not a word with the customers. I see that there is a tip box. It must be a joke!

The driver thinks he is playing a mix of Mario Kart/ Grand Theft Auto. Almost had an accident three times, took over on the wrong side multiple times, ran a few red lights, was speeding the entire way to Khao Sok. Driver should have his license revoked. We’ve travelled with local busses, sleeper busses etcetera, this driver is just a menace!

We traveled from Koh Lanta to Koh Phangan. The company was unpunctual, unfriendly, there is no load securing (=2 expanders) (when braking the luggage flies through the whole interior) & the stops are a clear agreement with the local gas stations. If possible, please choose another agency!

AVOID! Book your ferry tickets and a van separately, this is much more reliable, comfortable, and cheaper. These people are borderline useless and extremely unprofessional. I travelled with them from Ao Nang to Samui. They picked me up from the hotel because I paid for the "transfer" service in which they explicitly said they would pick you up from your hotel. The journey was bad since they actually took us in a van to the Krabi bus station and put us I. A stinky bus where the aircon was barely working. I booked the same "transfer" again with them from Samui. I waited at the hotel and no one showed up. When I called the number they provided in the confirmation email, the number wasn't even functional. So I googled the company and called another number: spoke to a "customer service" woman who was extremely rude, didn't acknowledge any fault, and refused to even offer to reschedule my trip or give refund. To make things worse, I provided both my email and WhatsApp number, and they didn't even bother to contact me prior to the trip. This company is a scam and an example of the worst business practices. They charge you premium for headache. Just book your own ferries and van transfers and save your money and peace of mind.

Do NOT take this company! The driver was just rude and unpleasant, after shouting at us to sit on specific seats he proceeded to tell us that we would walk to our destination if we did not do as he told us. He then drove to the destination, it was one of the most dangerous bus rides I have ever taken. At our destination he shouted at us again to hurry up because he was late and threw our bags out of the bus! Never book with this company!

Terrible company, terrible organisation, terrible communication. Staff were rude and unhelpful. They made us get off one mini bus, which had turned a 20 minute journey into an hour, to wait for the next which was supposed to be imminent. It was not! We waited for an hour and a half in an un-clean cafe, to then be crammed into the awaited minibus. Really disappointed and hot, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY !!!!!!
