Never been inside. Beautiful building. Would be interested in it's history if anyone knows. Surat Thani is a great stepping stone to local islands. Maný ferries run from here to Koh Samui. Koh Phangan. And Koh Tow.

Although I only drove by this temple several times and did not stop in, I can say that it is well worth a visit if you happen to be in Surat Thani.
