We found the temple a bit quick to see but the artists gallery was a lot more interesting. Shame about all the tacky commercial enterprises around it.

The White temple is not at Chiang Mai its at Chiang Rai a little over 3 hours away. I would recommend you take the government bus to Chiang Rai and from there take a taxi. The government bus has 3 classes, take the highest... More

I took the blue bus for 20Bath to Wat Rong Khun.
