About 30-40 mins from ‘town’ the beach has 5 or 6 good but discreet hotels the length of the beach. Scenery is nice looking across the sea and various limestone formations. Beach is quiet caters mainly if not exclusively for those staying there, no music a handful of small boats to and from and no sellers which is a huge plus. Also no beach loungers taking up space just a few along along each hotel perimeter.

while the Krabi beaches are usually very crowded (especially Ao Nang), it gets more quiet once you get to Khlong Muang. And driving just some 5km further, you reach the Tubkaek Beach, with some ressorts with restaurants, but beautiful and quiet. and a wonderful sunset.

Very beautiful beach with beautiful islands offshore. Great for a long walk on the beach and to linger. We stayed here for five nights in the Amari Vogue Hotel and really enjoyed the quiet location. The longtail boats to various islands leave immediately from the beach.

A beautiful place on a remote stretch of beach, with a number of multiple hotels. We expected a little more from our room for the price. We had a room with a garden view, in reality you look at the back within three meters, at the house in front of you. Room was very clean, beds were very hard. The staff does their best to keep everything clean and were always friendly. We ate in the restaurant on Valentine's Day, which was a disappointment. If the room (house) had cost approximately €80 per night, they would have received a high enough score. But we paid €160 per night and that is really too expensive for this accommodation.

Beautiful view but the sewage is going to the sea making it smell like poo. Very disgusting and looks like they do this on all the beaches. Very disappointed

This is a lovely peaceful beach. Huge bay, which is great to walk along in the morning and evening. Not too many other tourists. No noise from longtail boats or jet skis.
Beautiful sunsets.
There are hundreds and hundreds of crabs on the wet sand, but they disappear as you walk towards them.

Beautiful beach that is very quiet and clean. Great place for reading a book or meditating by the ocean. Tide is out from 4pm to evening. Tide in from 10:30am-4pm.

We loved Tubkaek and cancelled our plans so that we could spend another day there. It’s quiet, beautiful and quite isolated with just a few resorts with private sections. Parts of the beach can be rocky so you have to watch where you are going. We took bikes but parking might be an issue for some folks. There are a couple of shacks serving drinks and food. If you are looking for quiet time this might be your spot.

Definitely not the best beach for swimming and sunbathing. No parking (have to drop the car on the side of the road), dirty sand, dirty water.
You should drive back a few minutes and stop near Sofitel, on the Klong Muang beach - it is way better than this "top kek".
