I had a bit of a shock coming back after 4 years, but after a few days here I think it's for the best. "Government" have cleaned up (demolished) a lot of beach restaurants/shops (as they've done on other beaches) If you are looking for...More

This place is very quiet but with everything closeby - restaurants on the beach, airport, massages - and a beautiful beach

We came to Nai Yang only for our last day as we had an early flight to catch next day. It was a mistake not to spend more time here as it is the most beautiful beach we have been to especially when entered from...More

Lovely Quiet Beach away from the crowds but with some great resturants. Only negative is all the litter that washes up ashore.

Never seen a beautiful beach so close to the airport. I wouldn't plan a trip here - many more beaches in Thailand that are better and have more character - but if you've got a layover of more than 6 hours, I say find a...More

Nai Yang is the place to go if you are flying into Phuket airport. The commute is small and you wouldn't know that it was so close to the airport, you are never bothered by the aircraft. If you are looking for a nice beach,...More

We didn't take taxis while we waited. We stayed at the Ideo Hotel which was really cheap and only 5 minutes from the bars and restaurants. I would call the Marriott to see what's around. Not sure about the taxis. I do know... More
