It was tiny but interesting. Very few tourist, well set up. It has outside and inside exposition. Well maintained. You should combine it with the ruins that are not part of the museum. Actually if you are on budget, you can easily skip this visit...More

We almost did not bother with this Museum but that would have been a great loss. Thoroughly enjoyed the visit and it has some wonderful objects. If anything we thought it should have much better publicity as its world class in its field.

Hi, Yes it is open unless it is a holiday. Well worth allowing at least 2- 3 hours for visiting.
