A Greek town during the time of the Seljuk Empire, Sille offers a lot to the visitor: a Time Museum, and ancient Greek Church, caves, coffee houses and markets. Worth the trip when in Konya.

Sorry but I do not feel all this excitement about Sille! The village is pretty but really falling to bits, Helen church is really nicely restored but you can see it in 20 minutes and what is left is lots of little shops that sells...More

There is a direct bus from center to the site and try to get out at the last station which is the park, and walk all the way down (its a small walk) but you will have a nice view and would see all the...More

Maybe the most beautiful place in and around Konya. Full of history but also caffes and terraces. Nice for walking.

I spent my childhood summers in this community of my grandparents whose memories of living together with their Greek neighbors are still in my diary of "Sille Days." Please visit this wonderful town with its mosques and "museum churches" together, as it is still done...More

A great escape into the country. Wonderful walking opportunities if you are adventurous. Busy on weekends with local visitors.

Old turkish houses in Konya. Not far away, only 12km from Konya center. You have to visit this lovely village.
