Very old, but really nice park. It has a large artificial lake with ducks and swans in it, several coffee shops and a playground for a young kids, as well as a touch mini zoo.

If you are for the first time in Dnipro (it's how the city is called starting May 2016), have enough time and have interest in landmarks of the Soviet era, this is your place to visit. A Stalin-era collonade, half-ruined summer theatre, an artificial pond, a nice bridge over the pond, railway station for children (with small but real locomotive... More

Nice place, as for Dnepr! Nice at all, but dirty in corners. There are many things for the rest for family or for children. There is The Kids Trainway with a little station and little train with children's wagons. There is a small with dives and ducks. If you give them some bread, they let you touch them. It's so... Nice place to spend time without hurry. It is peaceful and full with different options of activities, especially for children. Nice lake with even swans. Last time, park was renamed after its founder - local captain troops Lazar Globa. He was also a great gardener and created several gardens. This park is placed on the area of the former Upper... The oldest park in the city for the family rest. There is a wide choice of attractions both for adults and children. There is a beautiful lake in the center. You can rent a boat there and feed the beautiful swans, ducks, seagulls. One of the attractions for children is the railway station with train which are operated by children.... More

It's not new or renovated park. But lake with swans and ducks, doves and seagulls - very good place for children. Some new sport activities are attracting even adults!

For the citizen it is one of the most favourite places to walk and to rest with children. Here you can seat in a shade with the delicious ice-cream, or to walk around a beautiful artificial lake and feed swans. There is a lot of attractions for kids. For pity , the open theatre in the park does not work.

If you travelled straight down Carl Marxs you could easily miss this large park near the centre of the city. The park is extensive with lots of things to do especially for the kids. it's good for taking a break amongs the trees, excercising or simply relaxing. Sometimes there are live music performances, you can get snacks at the caffes... More
