The tour took us 4 hours, so fun, so full. The guide friendly and speak good English. We went to the Coconut tree with ground boat and we try to do by our self but wasn't easy. The food was good but the weather too hot. Nice.

We wandered through the colourful markets of Hoi An & got to experience selecting our own fresh produce from local producers sourced fresh every day. A relaxing boat trip down Bon River & a transfer through a coconut palm farm prepared us for a day of cooking under Chef Hon's guidance. He entertained us with his culinary skills and knowledge!... A great half-day tour. First, they'll take you to the market to buy the ingredients (fresh mushrooms for me, the vegetarian), and then you take a short boat ride to the cooking school. You'll prepare four different delicious dishes, all perfectly feasible due to their excellent demonstration and preparation. During the day, you'll get more fresh passionfruit juice than you... Went on this solo while my husband did another tour, had a great time, market visit was good, very hot, but good, pleasant cooling boat ride down river followed by a short trip on a second small boat to cooking location, very friendly chef with a good sense of humour.. made 4 dishes, all very easy but super tasty, not... My parents brought friends here a few months ago and had an amazing time with Trang. They brought my brother, his girlfriend, and me this time, and we again all had a blast. I'm very comfortable cooking, while my brother is hardly comfortable with Kraft Mac 'n Cheese, but Trang and her group were great with making sure everyone was... More

My girlfriend and I did this too and had a great time, probably our favourite thing in Hoi An. As well as the cooking class, which was really enjoyable, the dishes are fun and easy to make and very tasty. You also get two boat trips and a fascinating trip to the food market. Our guide/cook was Hien who was... More

We spent the morning with Trang. She explained everything at the market and made the recipes easy to follow. I chose this tour for my boyfriend's birthday and it was an excellent chose! We highly recommend this to anyone visiting Hoi An.

We were picked up from our hotel about 8.30 with our guide/chef Hien who spoke excellent English. We were then dropped off in the market and given a shopping basket each ( there were 9 of us all together) . Hien walked us around picking up the ingredients we needed for our cookery class later. We were able to taste... More

We did the morning session with a trip to the local market to get some fresh food and herbs, love the display of local produce and it's authentic simple no nonsense stalls. Not quite what we would get away with in Australia, but that's what makes it such a fab experience. We then proceeded towards the cooking school via some... More
