Walking with the jungle king, touching him, holding his tail - was truly memorable! The lion was one of the best parts of our trip and everyone who saw the photos wants to do it!

Went to Zambia for 3 days and booked a safari with Mukani Big Five Safaries. They picked us from the hotel and even though the price was a bit steep (USD 200 for a combined lion and cheetah walk) this was one of the best days of my life. It was actually my birthday and I cannot remember a better... More

Really good place to not only learn about big cat conservation efforts in the area but also interact with the locals. (Nope...not the humans) The lion walk and elephant ride are something to write home about. You don't have to drive hours to get to it. Bring the little ones, they will love the animal enclosures!

This was an experience beyond words. We really thought the Lions would be the highlight of the experience, but Susan the cheetah was our favorite! A must see experience!

After we did the Lion walk which was fun and included a lot of photos, my wife wanted to do the Cheetah walk also. Mukuni was gracious enough to give us the combo price and we were instructed how to approach the Cheetahs which were lying down. When we were to switch Cheetahs. Lillian did not feel like being down... More

My husband and I rode elephants here on our visit this past July. It was a great experience and I am very glad I got to do this. This only reason I didn't give this a 5 is that we had to wait quite a while for another group to get there for our ride. My only regret is that... More

Worth every penny , great encounter with the cheetah to get so close to them. Good to see the program of rearing orphaned animals and returning them to the wild and educating villagers to live along side these wonderful animals without hunting them.
