We got to ride an aerial tramway to Mt. Komagatake. The view from there was just amazing and worth it. There are restaurants, toilets, and souvenir shops, and lockers here as well.

If you have the time and money (of course), spend the night in the area – I wish I could, for the things I had to miss due to the time constraint. A day trip wasn’t enough to fully experience the beauty of the area....More

We spent a very enjoyable day in the Hakone National Park, despite not being able to see Mount Fuji due to low cloud. It was great fun using the different modes of transport - the Hakone Tozan railway which offers great views and the fun...More

The main attraction for me was to get a super nice picture of Mt. Fuji but that was not to be. It was a rainy day and nothing of Mt. Fuji could be seen. The ride on the pirate ship was not as scenic with...More

Fun day out with the family...but just ok. Fuji can be very hard to see. We were fortunate enough to see it early in the day...but by the time we got to the park, not much to see. The hot vents were just average. The...More

We spent just a short time in the area as part of a package tour. The area is very beautiful and worthy of more time exploring than the two hours we had. We took the ropeway up to the top of the mountain and enjoyed...More
