Nice place to visit and enjoy the serenity. Lake it pleasant and a boat ride is relaxing. The views from the top are pretty cool. Quite relaxing afternoon but quite a journey from Tokyo.

We got to ride an aerial tramway to Mt. Komagatake. The view from there was just amazing and worth it. There are restaurants, toilets, and souvenir shops, and lockers here as well.

We went there on April 30th. We only had a tiny glimpse of Mt. Fuji but it was not even beautiful. I expected to see the snow capped mountain, but it turned out to be like a vanilla and chocolate ice cream cone. I’m not...More

We spent a very enjoyable day in the Hakone National Park, despite not being able to see Mount Fuji due to low cloud. It was great fun using the different modes of transport - the Hakone Tozan railway which offers great views and the fun...More

The main attraction for me was to get a super nice picture of Mt. Fuji but that was not to be. It was a rainy day and nothing of Mt. Fuji could be seen. The ride on the pirate ship was not as scenic with...More
