Enjoyed the cruise across the lake. It was a bit over cast, so we weren’t able to see Fuji, but still worth the trip for the beautiful scenery.

Amazing views, Check. Incredible Hotels, check. Museums, definitely must see. Experience 100% recommended. One of the most beautiful landscape towns we got to see in our visit to this amazing country.

Lake Ashi is so beautiful with Mount Fuji located in the background. We stayed at Prince hotel, Hakone and had some of the best views if Lake ashi. Sunrise and sunset are just so perfect looking at mt Fuji and lake ashi.

Beautiful here. Don’t forget to buy the Hakone pass well in advance as it is entirely worth it to use cable cars, bus, local trains, ropeway, and cruise.

Great area, the gondola ride over the crater was wonderful, the sulfur smell is quite strong, then the gondola ride to the lake side was beautiful, then boarded the pirate ship to the other side of the lake

Amazing site, you feel so closed from nature. The mix for color of the lake and the vegetation are amazing and the few spots where you can see Mont Fuji make an incredible experience.

Mt Fuji in the distance, dense greenery, quiet peace and a brilliant blue lake.... lovely! It was raining when we visited, and it assumed a poignancy of its own - romantic and reclusive.

The journey was the point, antique train, then cable car, then gondola were all fun with amazing views. We went over a smoking volcanic area on the gondola and were graced by a brief view of "shy" Mt Fuji. Thrilling. Didn't take the boat across...More
