A nice beach with many shops and restaurants. Do not plan to swim after a major rain. Call first to confirm cleanliness of beach.

Basically a small beach with a few walkways and a small pier. Only worth visiting as a part of a trip to Fukuoka tower and Fukuoka Muesum.

The beach is pretty small, the wave is not strong either, not really interesting for tourists. However, this place is not far away from the town and maybe a good place for Fukuoka residents.

The subway does not go near that place, but buses do. They stop at the building for Robo Square, and then you have between 5 and 10 minutes to walk depending how fast you walk. The seaside/beach is beautiful and clean. You have many options...More

A man made beach with beach volley ball court and open spaces. There is a cluster of retail shop and dining outlet. Nice place to relax and chill.

The beach is artificial. The location is on the bay which has ungergone a 60-80% landfill. As a result there is never any rough surf or the washing of the beach which would disinfect it. I've been scuba diving in the bay and it's filthy....More
