Nice long beach to walk and enjoy. In September we saw a lot of local surfers, otherwise had it all to ourselves. There is a nature walk by the ANA Holiday Inn Resort and farther down the Shinto Shrine.

Even if you don't want to swim while you travel, take a relaxing beach walk. Driving along the beach road is also relaxing. Look for a seafood restaurant along the beach for brunch or lunch.

As the picture shows, there is a wide, sandy beach. There is a much larger town near by which has everything else you could want. Buy something to eat, take it with you to the beach, sit and listen to the waves.

The beach is very clean and its shallow waters is suitable for toddlers. The beach park has a few modern shops selling coffee, beer and food. It is quite easy to spend a whole day here visiting the aoshima island and the botanic gardens. Surprisingly...More

Hello, Is there any surf board rental shop for a day? I am planning to go Aoshima area, and if possible, I would like to enjoy surfing there. Thanks for your tips in advance.
