One day, Danga Bay will be a cosmetically nice place. For the immediate to mid-term, it continues to be overshadowed by very large scale commercial and residential development that detracts from the overall appeal. There is little to do from an entertainment perspective and is quite moribund on weekends - other than people interested in looking at the condominiums to... More

Early evening during weekend, there was nothing to do beside the seafood restaurant, everything was closed. It's surrounded by construction sites to make it worse. Pass

The most recent visit was last week. Still full of construction work. Not much to do during the day, besides taking a stroll by the beach and snapping some photographs. Not much food selection either. Give it a few more months, at least until all the construction is done and more tenants are in.

We were taken out to Danga Bay as part of a "Cultural Tour" we were on, still not sure where the culture was? As far as we could tell it's one massively big development site. The place we were dropped off at was the development office site (they try to convince you to buy a property there) it was nice... More

Went there during day time. Nothing much there. Construction site basically. The carnival not much too. Maybe for kids. Nothing much for adults.

A lot of exposed construction was going on at the beach when we went on a Sunday afternoon, so we didn't feel safe walking on the beach. The area was relatively quiet with not much activity happening. The restaurants and miniature theme park were not fully open either. It would be good for a leisurely stroll and chilling out at... Danga Bay is pretty big. From what I can see, there are one side of Danga Bay that has amusement parks for kids and another part has seafood restaurants. It is a good place for kids and a great place to satisfy your seafood craving.
