We took CW3 from Jurong East MRT to Tuas checkpoint. It costs SGD4 per adult.

After clearing JB immigration (CIQ) walk straight and you will see a CW staff sitting at one of the bus bay. You can tell him that you want to go Bukit Indah and he will tell you to continue walking straight and join the queue for big sign with 3, 4 and 6. Wait for CW3 bus.
Sit on the left in the bus and about 20mins into the ride, you will see Aeon Mall. Alight at the sheltered bus stop.

At the same sheltered bus stop which you alighted earlier, wait for CW3 bus. Ask the driver if CW3 is going to CIQ. It costs RM5 per adult.
The ticket will show Dari: Jusco Bukit Indah and Ke: Jurong East Interchange.
Some CW3 bus may be going to Perling Mall. Do not board.

My family car was stolen recently at the designated AEON Bukit Indah parking lot which was equipped with "camera" at every entrance/exit posts. When reported, we were told straight that "you might have parked the car at a different lot". Until now no call from them.

These were the highlights for a family with young children -
Short drive to the mall once you clear M'sia customs (go via Tuas, and pass Legoland)
Diaper-changing rooms around the mall
Cheap parking - Only paid RM1 when I parked from 1pm to 9pm
Thai Odyssey massage
Plenty of food choices - Try Dragon-i its like Ding Tai Fung. There's A&W but it looks run-down and just sad.
Baby gym play - RM10 per entry for weekday (unlimited timing)
Kiddy rides at 1RM per ride (compared to SGD $2 per ride in Singapore)
There's also an arcade with interesting kiddy rides inside Aeon dept store (3rd floor)
I've uploaded a photo of the mall layout and directory if you're wondering what else is there in the Aeon! Give me a helpful vote if this review has helped! =)

Singapore to Bukit Indah
We took CW3 from Jurong East bus terminal which is next to Jurong East MRT to Tuas checkpoint. It costs SGD4.30 per adult using ezlink card. If paid by cash, it is SGD$4.50. The ticket shows From : Jurong East and To: Larkin Terminal.
After clearing Singapore immigration, at the exit, turn right and walk to the end of the road and join the queue for CW buses. You can take either CW3 or CW6 buses to go to JB checkpoint (CIQ).
There are 2 rows for JB immigration. It is separated by a narrow road. If the counters behind are manned, you can also get your passport stamped there.
After clearing JB immigration (CIQ) walk straight and you will see a CW staff sitting at one of the bus bay. You can tell him that you want to go Bukit Indah and he will tell you to continue walking straight and join the queue for big sign with No. 1. It is for CW3 bus. Look for signboard which shows Bukit Indah.
Sit on the left in the bus and about 20mins into the ride, you will see Aeon Mall. Alight at the sheltered bus stop at the same side of Aeon Mall.

After you cleared JB checkpoint, walk straight and wait for CW3, CW4 or CW6 and board. Ask the driver if he is going to Singapore checkpoint.
Look for big sign, Arrival, for entrance to Singapore checkpoint. Even if you have nothing to declare at customs, you need to scan your bags at the x ray machines before you use the automated gates to enter into Singapore.

Beside first link Woodland city square, for 2nd link Taus you also can come to here for shopping and eat .
From Jurong point outside you can take CW6 to Bukit Indah shopping center, after going through the custom, around half an hour you shall reached the mall.
There are alot of foods you can try there, due to exchange rate high now the food cost even cheaper.
Enjoy your shopping n eating, at last please note that the waiting point of the return bus stop is not at the bus stop you alighted, you must cross over wait outside the coffee shop opposite, ok! 👌👌

At Jurong East, we took bus CW3 to Aeon Bukit Indah via 2nd Link. It cost us S$4 (adult) and S$1.50 (child) for a 1 way trip. The journey from 2nd Link to Bukit Indah was close to 30mins not including the time taken from Jurong East to 2nd link checkpoint. The bus stopped right in front of Aeon so it is very convenient.
Shopping Centre is clean and spacious. Lots of restaurants and Aeon has lots to offer.
We waited at the same bus stop (as told by the driver of the bus when coming) when heading back to Singapore. After some time, we heard a bus driver from across the road shouting 'Jurong East' and waving his hands. We then crossed the road to the other side to board the bus back to Singapore. So do be on the look out. Cost is RM5 (adult) and RM2.50 (child).

It can be a challenge to look for a parking lot on a weekend. Was there on a Saturday and took awhile to look for a lot. There is only an open car park. No multi-level car parks. the mall is decent and big enough to spend a good afternoon shopping and eating. There is also a cinema in the mall. The toilet however isn't the cleaned type that one would hope to get. So, avoid using the toilet if possible.
across the mall there are street shops including one Taiwanese dessert stall and a massage joint.

I will be travelling with 2 young kids. Plan to stay at Granada Hotel. Any reviews on this hotel? Is this hotel near Legoland? How to go Legoland from the hotel.
Thanks.

Granada is close by to Aeon.i believe they have a lot of guests staying there over the weekend and stay they for shopping and visiting Legoland. It's about 10 minutes drive away only. You may want to check with the hotel staffs for Uber or taxi to legoland if you're not driving.
