We specialize in Jet Ski Travel & Tours. Mega Water Sports is incorporated solely for the enjoyment of Jet Ski water sports activities. We are a based in Cenang Beach, Langkawi, Malaysia and we are expanding to other beach locations including resorts and hotels. We are pioneers of Island hopping and tour activities on a Jet Ski where the tours are led by qualified and knowledgeable leaders. We follow international, industry and local safety and operating guidelines and practice Responsible Tourism. We carry medical first aid supplies in each of our tours and all our staff periodically undergo medical check-up to ensure the safety and pleasure of our guests. A foreign yacht owner was once overheard to have said, "My wife and I have been sailing for 15 years all over the world. We have crossed oceans and we have seen many beautiful places. On the way to Thailand from Singapore, we decided to rest at Langkawi for 2 weeks. We have been here for 3 years". There are many such stories especially from the sailing fraternity, the people who have had the chance to see Langkawi from the sea. Not many of us are as lucky as the Yachties BUT NOw you can experience this by participating in one of the Jet Ski Tours organized by MEGA Water Sports.

4 hours of fun, swimming and spectacular scenery around the islands and waters of Langkawi.
The guests were split into small groups meaning a high ratio of guides to guests. Our guide had only 4 guest jet skis to look after.
At each place we stopped,
our guide briefed us on the geographical history of the location. There were plenty of fun swim stops and a couple of island landings.
In a large safe area of water we were give the opportunity to zoom around and have fun for a wee while.
We returned to Chenang Beach early evening in time for dinner at a beach front cafe and watching the sun set.
Thoroughly recommend this JetSki tour.

Me and my boyfriend had an amazing time on this tour! It was one of the most thrilling experiences of my life and definitely the coolest tour I have ever been to. Faiz was an excellent and professional guide who made us feel safe, even though we once capsized (luckily the speed was slow). We managed to continue the tour and had the best time ever! The price for the trip is pretty high but it's totally worth it - you will remember this tour for the lifetime.

Had a great time with Ryan as the guide for our afternoon session. We rented 3 jetskis and my family and I took turns riding them with a beautiful sunset as the backdrop. We had a brief introduction to each of the three lovely islands we visited. We loved Pulau Singa Besar In particular; it was the first time we ever saw so many eagles so up close. Everyone at Mega Water Sports was very professional and prioritized safety. Plus, they helped take nice pictures! Would recommend this tour👌🏼

We chose the morning 4 hour 8 island trip. Luckily no one else was booked in so my wife and I were able to have essentially a private tour with our guide Ary. We had an amazing time and it was great to be out early before anyone else. The islands were stunning apart from the tourist grotto around the fresh water lake that was a real tourist trap so we made a quick exit. We only took 3 hours as we wizzed around in double quick time and we’re back just as it was getting very hot. Ary was a very safe instructor and a charming guide. The best thing we did on the island

I bought walk-in tickets for two which costed an extra 100 or so than if I had booked via Klook, so remember to do your research. The 8 islands tour was amazing, simply all you expected for a tour like this. Our leader, Pattrick (Pat) was communicative, funny and super helpful. He took a lot of photos for us. The first 30 minutes was probably the worst as waves were so strong, but after that all was OK. We got to swim at the largest fresh water lake at the Pregnant Maiden island, watched the eagles and tried the echoing, go super close to the limestone cliffs, had 10 minutes free ride, and swim and snorkel at a beautiful small island. It was brilliant.

My husband and I recently completed the Langkawi 4 hour Jet ski tour. We thoroughly enjoyed all 8 stops. Our tour guide, Fareast, was very informative about each stop and very helpful and friendly,
We loved to hear about the area and the GeoPark, and fresh water lake.
All you need to take with is sunsreen,cap, camera, costume of course as you can swim at 2 of the stops, and drinking water. At the Fresh Water lake stop, you can buy a snack or lovely freshly squeezed fruit juice.

I had an excellent time! My tour guide amazing. The views are to die for! Mixed with Jet skiing on the ocean this is an experience one will never forget. The tour guide takes pictures of the group the whole time, so if you don’t bring a camera.....don’t worry. They will send you a link to the pictures via Facebook messenger. I highly recommend doing this while in Langkawi!

6 of their jet skis don't work and we had to find out the hard way, we were left stranded in the ocean twice and had to play rescue. We were swapping broken jet skis for other broken jet skis again and again anda again and it was a complete nightmare. We swapped 6 times in total. 4 hours wasted of being stranded, and clearly, the owner doesn't care about maintaining the jet skis. When they work, the jet skis are ridiculously slow. Please avoid mega for the time being until they get newer jet skis that work as intended. I saw their competitor's jet skis and they were brand new jet skis.

We are certainly not happy this happened to you. When you went for a jetski tour with Mega Water Sports you were promised fun and adventure. Clearly that didn't happen. We offer no excuse - not the weather, not the pandemic and not pure bad luck for our shortcomings. In times of crisis, safety is paramount and we did not try to shortchange safety - thus we worked hard to ferry you back to the starting point, safely. You deserved better. Hence the full refund to you prior to this review. Of course, you have all the right to express your opinion. And we value that feedback to improve our services.

We tried the 4h tour and it was worth every penny. We felt super-safe, the instructor “Shadow” is a master, and even if we had never tried ridding a jet ski before we were able to have lots of fun. He showed us some of the hidden beauties of the Langkawi islands and even stopped at his secret beach for a swim. The included visit to the “fertility lake”, for a swim and amazing views is a plus. We strongly recommend this adventure!

We enjoyed our four hour jet ski tour!
I chose the morning tour thinking the ocean would be calmer and there would be less waves. I was wrong.
We were given a ten minute warm up in the bay where it was calm. Then we headed to open water and it was terrifying for me. Luckily my husband was driving or I would have turned around and gave up. The waves were intense and so much salt water was splashing in my face, my eyes were stinging and I could not see.
Now with that being said, that was the first 45 minutes of the day. It got way easier after that and more comfortable.
I'd recommend this tour to others that are comfortable on small boats and good swimmers. I would definitely go again!

What are the pros and cons of choosing the morning versus the afternoon trip? Does it tend to be cloudy in the a.m. vs afternoon? Are seas rougher in the afternoon? We are booking just cannot decided which one to pick!

I was a tourist so can’t answer re the weather. But we were on the afternoon trip and it was perfect timing: lovely and warm as we didn’t get cold, we swam multiple time and it was beautiful jetting back to base early evening. Also immediately after the JetSkiing we wandered along the beach for dinner at a beachfront cafe as the sun went down. Absolutely spectacular.
