Upon reading reviews, glad I never listened the wildlife park was so beautiful and well kept.
Entry you receive a bag of food we paid an extra 3RM for more pellets.
So many beautiful, well kept animals personal faves flamingoes, macaws, deers and turtles.
We spent a good 2 hours walking around interacting with the animals.
Great day out.

Bought the tickets through shopee, which is cheaper. Unfortunately, there is no online ticket counter.
This is a semi indoor park, so it is not hot and sweaty. Kids really enjoy because they can feed and pet the animals.
Animal food sells at rm9 per pack, full of food for many types of animals.
Totally recommended!!

This was not my 1st time coming here and I was so amazed to see so many new animal species and the park as always, was very well kept. The animals are active which can only mean that they are healthy, well taken care off and most importantly happy. I need to give a special mention to Ms. Irra for being an awesome guide!!! I have never met a person who is so enthusiastic and passionate towards her work. Irra literally has all the info on the back of her palm & she can even talk to the animals!!! So be sure to look her up on your next visit as I will definitely come again.

I’m not against zoos. I love animals and many zoos have them in good condition. This is not one of them. I’ll try and make a list:
1) Racoons’ are living in small enclosures and are visibly stressed: they pace up and down continuously. The habitats are 3 logs crossed and a small hut, that’s all. Their habitat were the worst of all park considering racoons are very smart animals.
2) Guinea pigs were running free in an enclosed area were kids could come in completely unsupervised. I’ve read there is always staff to make it safe but it’s not true. I was sitting there for 10-15 minutes and kids were running around, some trying to kick the Guinea pigs. Staff were coming and going and nobody paid any attention to the animals. And yes, kids were grabbing animals from the floor and playing with them as if they were toys.
3) Sugar gliders. As awful as racoons. 3-4 sugar gliders in a cage of about 70x40 cms. Once a day they take one out and let kids play with it. They offered it to my kid but the poor animal was trembling so scared we refused.
4) There is a vervet monkey in a cage, alone. I asked staff and they told me there was another monkey but died. The other monkey I think was a blue monkey. One poor animal of each species, in a cage of about 80 m3.
5) Rabbits were missing most of their fur (stress? Sickness?).
6) Braman kite and white bellied eagles were sad to look at. They are magnificent birds who don’t belong in a zoo. There are many in the sky in Langkawi, people just have to look up to see them flying high.
Some other animals, specially small birds, looked good and their enclosures were fine. There are many bird species in SE Asia and this could have been a great aviary instead of a horrific petting zoo.

This is more a bird park than a wildlife park. There are very animals and hardly any "wild" animals. Only worth a visit if you have nothing better to do or have young children with you. The children will enjoy feeding the birds and deers - you can buy feed kits at the entrance and towards the middle of the exhibits as well. Its setup like an open zoo and adults can finish the park in half an hour - with kids it will take about an hour.

Paying RM60 is not less if family of 5-6 members will visit. Taking photo with Bird is RM85. Wow what a joke.
To be honest, the park is amazing, well maintained, plenty of birds, animals and reptiles. Good interaction with animals in feeding and touching. Enjoy with deers and turtles

What a misery. Staff who are busy everywhere on their phones, trying to force you in one direction every time. Lodgings are small, dirty and poorly maintained.
The ultimate low point was with the rabbits. Chinese (unstoppable) children literally threw it. Staff didn't say anything about it. As far as I'm concerned, this place is closed.

After reading their prospectus, we decided to visit it… mistake!
A somewhat abandoned place, it stinks and there are almost no animals, plus they are kept in a “prison” style!
The 1500 birds promised in the aviary are reduced to a few peacocks, pelicans, parakeets, etc. Truly a completely misleading description!
Definitely not worth the detour.

This is a pleasure trip for our family, all the animals are well looked after and staff is friendly. The feed pack is definitely needed, I bought two packs for my daughter and she finished all. Almost every animals there you could feed,.and they are all good at begging food.We had great time there and kind of touched all the animals, and all the.girls love it.

Hi Abdulrahman a,
There are much lesser animals when compare to big city's zoo. There are only 150 different species of animals and around 1000 individuals in the park. We are not sure if you have visited the park before or you have visited the other park in Langkawi.

Hi what time is animal show? how long tour guide will bring us around the park?
Written 30 May 2018
Hi there Eve L,
There is a lot of animal shows in Langkawi WildLife Park with the earliest start at 9:00 am which marks the start of morning session feeding. Morning session feeding ends at 11:40 am with Otter Feeding.
The Animal Show then start again at 1:00 pm with Photograph with Eagle and ends at 6:00 pm with Photography with Eagle again.
Normally it will take around 2 hours to go around the park. But it really is up to the visitor if they wanted to follow all the animal show or just a portion of it.
Written 1 June 2018
Hi, it is RM28 for adults RM18 for kids age 3-12 but if you have MyKad & MyKids you will only need to pay RM15 for adults RM10 for kids.
