My family was at Langkawi from 15 Feb to 19 Feb 2023.
Chanced upon Toro Watersports while researching for activities before the trip. We're glad to have hit bullseye and joined their Jet Ski 4 hours Tour, 2 ATV packages (beach and padi fields) and Bottom Fishing!!!
Guides are friendly, accommodative and good at their trades. Fitri (Boss) is responsive to our enquiries and doesn't over-promise. We were assigned Hafif as our driver cum coordinator and he did an awesome job! The 2 ladies at Toro Watersports booth located inside Cenang Mall facing KFC were chatty, friendly and knowledgeable to their trades. Go speak to them to understand more!
Conclusion, we will definitely go back to them for our next trip and will 100% recommend our friends to them!

I really don't enjoy writing reviews on places but I would love to write a review about my experience with Toro WaterSports. If you are looking for a great activities in Langkawi such as island hopping, parasailing and Jetskiing, I greatly recommend Toro WaterSports for your choice because they have a great team with super friendly people and their prices are the cheapest for me. I have done parasailing for only RM120 with Toro WaterSports while most places in Langkawi offer parasailing for RM300 which is expensive if you are on a budget. Also, their location is very attractive and you will enjoy every moment for your Activities with Toro WaterSports. You contact them via Whatsapp and they will be glad to help you. In addition, at the end of your activities, they will send you a video for your activities so that you can record your moments or share it with friends for memories. At last, I have 0% regret for choosing Toro WaterSports for my activities. Thank you for the good time.

My husband and I went island hopping on Jetski and chose Toro Watersports because of their good reviews.
We booked online the night before and next morning someone from their office called us to confirm.
We had the best guide, Wan (the Man), who showed us how to use the jetski, guided us to the various islands, took pictures and videos, showed us hidden trails and told us about the different local animals such as monkeys, eagles and crabs.
We had the best time and would definitely recommend Toro Watersports to everyone. Ask for Wan for a unique experience!
And remember to bring cash for the payment.

A great mangroove cruise trip. It's our first time in Langkawi, and we heard about the famous Mangroove trip. Hafif hosted us and did a great job taking care of us. The whole trip took around 4 hours starting at 9pm with pickup at the hotel lobby. And we were to catch a flight at 3pm. After the wonderful cruising, Hafif arrange a car sending us directly from the Jetty to the airport. We enjoyed the trip while catching the flight with ease. I'd recommend this agency if you would like to explore Langkawi with fun and ease.

I would like to thank you Toro Watersports for the amazing 4 hours Jet Ski Tour. Very fast respond when you enquiry regarding the details of the package. The staffs are very caring, helpful and try the best to fulfilled our needs especially Mr. ZUL and the marshall Mr. DIDAR who bring us around the Langkawi islands. Highly recommended for anyone would like to have a memorable jet ski experience. Thanks again!

what a great morning on jet skis we had there was 8 of us off a cruise ship . they pick us up from there ..on time ) and big smile took us to beach where fitter us with a go pro and life jacket and some water. then i must say MR TONG told us about 5 times safety first then fun . then he run through how he want it done.. in a arrowhead which we did .............. and after that he made sure we had fun and told us all about island . and then took too a beach for drink and rest .
all 8 us had a great fun and debbie had most fun got to hang on too Tong for 4 hours while mr Paul got his fun solo jet ski .....plus they gave bag to keep item dry )

The activities were organize very fast and smooth even though we book last minute.
Manage to do parasailing and sunset cruise, all in the same day.
The organizer is very friendly and experience. Well connected too.

A must do activity when visiting Langkawi. Fun to jetski around and the staff were very nice and helpful. Drive was fun and adventurous. Well worth the price for the experience. Off road experience was amazing as well

The owner responded quickly via FB messenger for last minute requests. Zul helped us get from one activity to the next. Best hospitality I've ever experienced. We did jet ski adventure tour and Sunset dinner cruise. Zul stayed with us until we took off for each trip. He made sure we had sunscreen, cash, and water for the jet ski tour. Tong was our guide for that and it was so thrilling. We even saw dolphins while riding. The cruise was fun, relaxing, and the bbq was delicious! We spent the whole day thanks to Toro.

This was the worse nightmare ever.. We booked through this company for a jet ski tour of the islands around Langkawi and a major accident occurred.. As a group of 6 and lead by two instructors we were put in the usual arrow shape before we started.. Then we followed the instructor or so called guides and worse thing happened.. The guide sped off and tried to keep us in the arrow shape but one group lagged behind.. Thus the guides travelled back and few minutes later found that one of friends were hit side on by an island hopping boat.. Thus nearly killing both driver and passenger.. The passenger on the jet ski was badly injured, fracturing 4 ribs, cuts to her head and back..Her boyfriend had minor injuries.. The girl was rushed by taxi to local hospital where she was there for few days before being transported to KL by air ambulance.. We hadn't heard anything from Torro water sports and didn't even think this company are insured for such an event.. They're concern was try and find company who damaged they're jet ski rather than worry about the person who was nearly killed.. The driver of the boat was at fault as he tried to speed from a boat liner after dropping off passengers. He got off Scott free..We had been with mega water sports year before and they were fantastic..Torro never went over any health safety issues and even how to work jet ski.. I have been to Langkawi many times and would not recommend anyone to use this Torro water sport company..This was a total nightmare and people should think real hard before they do such a trip and read over the insurance small print of water sport company's..

We are sorry to hear that your friend involved in the accident. However, we never had an accident during the tour. You must be mistaken with other company. You emailed us the other day for that matter but when we ask for an official receipt as a prove for the booking, until now we have not receive from you.
And for your information, there are no insurance coverage for selfdrive jetski because no such policy in Malaysia. Insurance only covered if you ride a boat or ferry which is navigating by qualified/certified captain/helmsmen, not simply by any passenger.

Hi, I am planning to stay at langkawi for 2 days. i want to enjoy parasailing, jet ski and snorkeling. My question is if i go by my own at activity spot with my 2 kids and only i want to enjoy these activities then where it will start and stop? so that they can be beside me watching me. and which activity will come first and what after another, how i will know? i need parasailing for few minutes and jet ski for 15 -20 min and snorkeling for 1 hour. want to know the price also.

You can do all activities starting from 0900hrs from Chenang Beach deoending on sea and weather condition. The price for jetski is Rm 120 for 15 mins,Rm 180 per person for parasailing and Rm 190 per person for smorkeling at The Marine Park.

The price for 30 minutes ( double seater) starts from Rm130 per jetski ride. For jetski tour (2 hours islands hopping), the price starts from Rm 380 for double rider. Price includes instructor service,drinks, tax/levi and entrance fee to the islands. Thank you.

Thank you for choosing us. For your convenience, you can book on the same day by calling us at least two hours in advance. We have departures at 1000hrs and 1400hrs everyday if the weather is good. The price is Rm 600 per jetski ( double rider). We are looking forward to see you soon. Thank you.
