Super trip. Our guide Francis shared a lot of informations and interesting facts. Everything was explained very well. All equipment and boats were in good condition. The boat went at a good pace (not too fast) and we got a chance to properly look at and understand the mangroves. This tour was great for my siblings (12 - 17 yrs) as well as my parents.

Although it was raining and we got very wet it was a lovely tour with a well informed guide and superb captain (who spotted a baby mangrove viper in a branch!) Thank you to Fuad who spoke perfect English and taught us a lot about the various flora and fauna. We got to experience the Sea Eagles and Kites fishing naturally and seeing the change in mangroves as the tour progressed with a blast out at sea to head back! Highly recommended for a difference experience in Langkawi and only a few hours long.

We met our guide on a roadside near the trail. He gave great explanation about the forest, from the name of the plants, their benefits and how they grow. He answered any questions we have and allowed ample resting time. He gave us good pointers when going up a more challenging path and made sure that we were safe throughout the hike. Bring a sweat towel.

Brilliant tour for those wanting to experience nature! Our guide, Ismail shared interesting knowledge and facts about mangrove and the biodiversity around the area. This knowledgeable gentleman also told us about the meteorite impact in Langkawi. Highly recommended and suitable for people of all ages.

We took the Mangrove tour with a trip to the bat cave and following lunch we had a walk to swim in a beautiful jungle waterfall. This trip was amazing, our guide Ahmad Hermi was so knowledgeable and we learnt loads. We saw sea eagles and Brahmini Kites very close up, (this is an ethical tour so does not have feeding as this is bad for the ecosystem). We also saw many species of kingfisher, heron and bats. We were also lucky to see a flying snake, a sea cow and other amazing flora and fauna. Lunch was provided at a lovely local restaurant which couldn’t have been more welcoming and the local food was excellent. The waterfall we swam in during the afternoon was stunning. A fantastic experience, thank you Ahmad and your encyclopaedic knowledge! I am afraid my mobile photos really don’t do it justice!
