Highly insightful and also super entertaining. The wife and kids loved it, the guide was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. And she gave best insights into the fragility of nature. 11/10!

My guide Venosha was knowledgeable and gave lot of information on nature and wildlife. I spotted around 22 birds. Great trip but very expensive.

we had an amazing experience there. we learned that feeding wild animals is a trigger for destroying nature. we also should share this serious problem with everyone.

It was truely amazing. We had a wonderful time and learned a lot! What I liked most, was that they took care of animals and nature and that the touristy things were left out.
Shaf speaks very good english and is an expert for the mangroves.

Would thoroughly recommend this company. The guide who accompanied us was really friendly and shared lots of interesting information. Tour lasted 2 and a half hours which was ideal and we got to see what felt like very remote parts of the geoforest. Managed to see a very good range of wildlife including a lot of monkeys. Would definitely encourage other travellers to use this company over other boats that hurl the wrong type of food overboard to encourage birds of prey. Well worth the time and also felt like very good value for money. Thank you very much Junglewalla.

We were looking for night time activities in Langkawi and my husband found the After Dark Jungle Walk tour with JungleWalla. We could not have been more happy with our tour. The young guide was knowledgeable and the driver was safe and responsible, and we saw a lot of amazing animals, including the dusky leaf monkey, great hornbill, enormous tokay geckos and even one elusive colugo! The ride was very comfortable and the binoculars provided were very good quality and very effective which meant we could see the animals in tremendous detail. I would definitely recommend JungleWalla!

booked under junglewalla because we were looking for a geoforest tour that didnt include eagle/monkey feeding because of the long-term damage it has to our ecosystem. as promised, the agency focuses on low impact ecotourism. our guide Venosha and an intern (sorry we didn’t get your name!) were incredibly passionate and eager to share their knowledge and we had a great time! thanks so much. we would definitely recommend booking with them!

We had a wonderful experience with Shafwan, kayaking in the quiet mangrove around Kubang Badak, seeing bat caves and having lunch on a floating restaurant.
This is not at all a touristy area and the other boats in the water were local fishermen. It really felt like we were a small group of people kayaking through a vast mangrove forest!
Thank you for accommodating us at short notice - we had a Junglewalla island hopping tour the previous day and had a wonderful experience, so decided to follow up with them on a mangrove tour.
Shafwan was incredibly knowledgeable and we had some great conversations about the wildlife, the importance of a sustainable ecosystem and life in Langkawi.
During kayaking, we saw some mud skippers, mud crabs, archer fish, a king fisher, sea eagle; we later saw some hermit crabs and bats in the bat cave.
Thank you for a great experience - highly recommend Shafwan & junglewalla for their well-crafted, informative, immersive and eco friendly experiences.

The tour was amazing. The guide Venosha explained how the mangrove was formed, the wildlife that lives in it and how each of them contributes to maintain the mangrove, all while being respectful and caring with nature. They also raise awareness about other tours that feed animals to get closer, damaging the balance of the whole ecosystem.
Would definitely recommend it to everyone that wants to learn and enjoy nature. Loved it!

We went on the UNESCO Mangrove Tour and had the best experience we could imagine. Our guide Venosha was an complete expert! She explained everything so detailed and gave us so much background information. Moreover, she always took care that our tour didn’t take a negative impact on the nature. She made us aware of wildlife and how to treat it with respect.
I would recommend this tour to everybody I know! A true insider tip and completely different compared to the other tours which are not informative and full of tourists.
The experience we made with Venosha was unique!
