A nice place/palace for museum lovers to visit. kind of tight inside, but it's enjoyable enough. You may want to look from the Veranda of the palace, too :)

A lovely museum to check out while you're in Kota Bharu. Gorgeous woodwork and handicrafts throughout, interesting historical photos, and carved boats out back.

The museum features Kelantan's cultural heritage through photographs and a great variety of artefacts. We were further amazed by the intricate wood carvings lining the building. After our visit, we were impressed by the rich Kelantanese legacy.

Very interesting displays, plenty to see plus info in English. Marriage and birth rituals plus a second building all about traditional weapons. Go - not much else to do in Kota Bharu!

Kota Bharu lacks real highlights and as such this museum is an option (not a must-see). Rather cheap and compact. Don't forget the weapons exhibit on the right side of the main building (second entrance).

Interesting artefact on display, conveniently located in the heart of Kota Bahru. Parking may be a bit of a problem especially during school and public holidays as it is also near the famous Pasar Siti Khadijah
