One of the place you must visit to know the history of Kota Bharu. The ticket was RM 2, as they only open the ground floor. Very informative but if found the outdoor museum is very poor, I saw some antiques cars and coaches are broken like never been touched by maintenance for ages.

This is a good museum, even if it is slightly slanted to the Japanese. Very informative with some really good exhibits. Worth a visit.

We were only charged RM2 (instead of 4) each to get in as we arrived 45mins before closing time but, to be honest, that was more than enough time in there. Downstairs there are lots of display boards with pictures and information in both Malay and English about the History of the war. There is a lot of reading to... More

If only it was well kept it would be a nice place to spend 40 minutes but the collection and the state of things are in pretty bad conditions. For 4 ringgit is ok but potential wasted

This museum even though it is not very modern is very informative and pleasant to visit. It informs about the Colonial times followed by the Japanese invasion near by they even got a pill box replica in the garden with many other interesting artifacts from the war time. Located right in front of Merdaka square. Near the Menara Observation tower... More

To put it frankly, it's 2-4 ringitt or something like that, the quality of the museum is exactly what you're paying for. So would go because it's one of the few attractions in Kota Bharu, and it's also nearby other attractions. It's also really nice because ticket prices are not hiked up for foreigners, really appreciated! So while you're not... More

Located beside Bank Kerapu, this place is an eye-sore. All the displays are not properly maintained. It looks more like a war scrap yard than a war museum.

This place presents info about WW2 in kelatan as photos and text displayed on posters. Some of the posters are quite old and fading. Still, it's interesting to learn about WW2 in this area.
