While not a great museum, there are enough interesting exhibits to keep you engrossed for thirty minutes. Not a high priority.

I realise that it is a Malaysian museum in Malaysia, but information in English would be useful for English speakers from all around the world. In many attractions in Europe it is possible to hire electronic guides which sense observers location in museum, historic buildings and art galleries etc and give verbal information about the relevant object in any one of 6 or 8 language selected by the visitor. Otherwise it was an interesting visit, which could, have been improved by more info.

The museum was closed for a second time now when we tried to visit, which is a bit unfortunate. Alas the Old Palace and the Handicraft Museum did make up for it but I do think that it might be good to inform hotels about closures so that tourists don't waste time looking for parking spots...

Very informative place for tourists. Place to know & learn local culture. However, it's not easy to look for a parking nearby

Nothing much to see, amateur-like collection. Fee is RM2 per entry. No one is visiting at the time of my visit and I'm alone. The staff look amazed there is actually someone visiting the Museum.

While visiting the Tourist information centre next door we mentioned that we were going to the museum which we were informed was round the corner - which it was. On arriving we found that it was 'Closed for renovation'. We would have expected the tourist information centre to have known!! Good job we didn't have to go far. By all accounts it is in need of renovating.

This museum explores many cultures and history of Kelantan, including during the wars. We can also know the linkage between Kelantan and Thailand as these two places are near.

It is rather small for a state museum and right now under redesign so most parts are closed. Should reopen soon. It is in front of a nice beautiful round about with clock tower. Really worth to visit. Right around the corner is a small gallery as well and the Tourism Office.

This museum is just not up to standard. Even allowing for the English being written by a non-native speaker, the English labels were poor. Not so much for the prose or grammar as the poor academic standards. Much of the writing seems to have been done by a secondary school child indoctrinated with right wing rubbish.

Kelantan is rich in culture and the museum should really be a showcase of everthing the state had to offer. While it is an interesting place to visit, nevertheless, it seems to be poorly maintained and that detracts from its role as a museum. There are many interesting things to see if you search for them. Bring along your ipad to get more info because the museum is certainly lacking in providing more that just the minimal information.
