We were fortunate enough to come across Cameron Secrets after seeing so many wonderful reviews about Jason. A knowledgeable guide who is from Cameron Highlands and really cares about the environment, Jason took us on a tour of the mossy jungle into the tea plantations. A long day with new friends, this tour was a must!

Just returned back from Cameron Secrets full day tour. Our guide Nick was excellent! This morning I thought that due to the rains and fog there would be no possibility to do Gunung Brinchang which was basically what we were most looking forward to. If the guide decides to delay the trip to the peak till noon then the risk... More

We decided to book a half-day tour via our guesthouse, together with 2 friends we met. They picked us up at Father's Guest House, right on time! They also took the effort to pick up our friends from the other guest house (Gerard's Place) Our guide, Vashi, introduced himself and started making jokes already. After a short drive, we walked... A very professionally run company. The "Full Day Experience" tour lets me experience most of the attractions of the Cameron highlands with knowledgeable guides. A feat hard to pull off on my own. Fully recommended!

Our tour guide was rather stern and there really wasn't much to see out of the tour, to be honest. I was hoping for more information and when I would ask a question, he would give short 'yes' or 'no'. I don't think he should be working in the tourism industry. The cameron tea plantation does make for some nice... More

I did the Cameron Valley descent tour - what a wonderful day out! My pants had to go straight to laundry afterwards and my legs were killing me the next two days, but it was totally worth it. We were lucky with the weather, it didn't rain, but I guess it can be even more fun when it does. A... More

We really enjoyed the jungle tour CAMERON VALLEY DESCENT with Jason. Great guide and spirit, we'll stay in touch for sure! The walk is not too hard, only 45min to 1h of real uphill with a total of ~5h, the view on the top is not the best part, inside the forest is a lot better and Jason knowledge is... More

One of our Malaysia highlights so far! We did the Cameron descent with Jason, hands down the best tour guide we've had while travelling south east Asia. Perfect English (and a few other languages!), he's super passionate about the flora and fauna and incredibly knowledgeable about the local area. The hike itself is pretty challenging, so a moderate level of... More

Jason was fantastically knowledgable and open both about the local flora and fauna as well as the culture and history of the highlands. The hike itself was breathtaking, when you emerge from the rainforest into plantations it's an incredible sight. Really enjoyed the day!

I thought this was an enriching and rewarding experience. we spent about 6-7 hours going up and down Gunung Jasar, walking through the Cameron Valley tea plantation, which also had its fair share of slopes albeit with actual footpaths, and finally having our rest at the teahouse. It was rewarding because we made it! Jason was our guide and he... More
