About
This market offers travelers a chance to experience an authentic roadside farmers market in the Cameron Highlands. The market is open from morning till evening—get there early in the morning for fresh produce like strawberries, bi-colored sweet corn, and plenty of greens. Or swing by near closing when these perishable items go for a bargain. There are also vendors selling cooked food and snacks like steamed sweet potatoes. You can explore the market on a guided tour of the Cameron Highlights, which usually includes other fascinating spots nearby like The Sheep Sanctuary, Ee Feng Gu Bee Farm, and Boh Tea Center. – Tripadvisor

This market has grown a lot over the past 20-30 years. It is big enough to have buggies to bring customers form the carpark to the main market and has 2-3 stops. The market is also split to several areas. Most of the areas are selling fresh vegetables like corn and strawberries. There are other produce like tomatoes, brinjals, sweet potatoes etc. Other areas have clothes, tea, snacks and toys. Many stalls selling the same stuff.

This place is mostly selling vegetables and some toys. Some of the stuff sold is of low quality. This place is a major cause of the traffic jams in Cameron Highlands.

Love this market and will visit it a couple of times on each trip to stock up on fruit and goodies. Wide varieties of food. One of the vendors at no. 7, Ann is kind enough to introduce me to a stall selling the original Cameron sweet corns. Bought some sweet juicy strawberries from her too. Great lady. If you are lucky, there will be trucks selling durians too. We bought some great local ones for RM8 a kilo and it was delicious. Regretted not getting more.

I called it a tourist trap as most of the things they sell here are overpriced and some are junks and rotten stuffs..the strawberries I bought was nicely presented in a plastic container that looks like full to the brim, but God knows, there was a big groove under the container which means there are actually less strawberries than presented..when I opened the container there were only 2 layers of strawberries and with the cover on, the box was not full. The strawberries were running around loosely in the box. And only the few on top were big and nice but the ones at the bottom were small and not red.
Better to go to the strawberries farms if you really want to buy good and nice strawberries. They are more genuine and honest. I bought a box at only RM20 for ½ kg at Big Red Strawberry Farm and they are really big and nice..
Generally most of the things sold here are more expensive than anywhere else.
Avoid this Kea Farmer Market by all means. Not worth the hassles of parking woes and the huge crowd and terrible traffic jam.

This is our favourite place to shop for flowers, strawberries and vegetables. It is located near Equatorial Hill Resort where we stayed and sometimes, we would just walked here. Prices are reasonable and produce normally fresh.

Biggest morning market with varieties of fruits, vegetables and fresh flowers to choose and buy. They are the best one could get from Cameron Highlands. Everything here is freshly picked and choose for their customers to buy. Friendly sellers that gives us a warm option and shared their opinion of which is the best from the farm. Strawberries and apples are truly fresh from the farm and crunchy sweetness bring joy and smile on our face.

Lovely fresh flowers are truly amazing and their price are reasonably affordable by everyone whom goes there. Truly life experiencing visiting this market. 💞💞

On 6/11/2020 I have bought 160pcs Jagung SUSU from Stall No 5 (Pusat Niaga Kea Farm) with One old Chinese Aunty, initially she is so kind & friendly till I decide to buy from her but unfortunately what I get are the totally different from what had promise! Too Bad!.... Not easily get deal with the hawker & my sincere advice must double check the product offer by the hawker. If not you will regret!!! 😡

Most of the stalls selling pearl or mutiara sweet corns but do look out for stall No.27, to buy the sweetest and juiciest Jagung Musang King Sweet Corn. Sweeter and juicier than jagung susu and jagung mutiara. They do have tester for each breed of corn for you to taste n try before u buy.

Recommend to park at EQ Strawberry farm slightly further than Kea Farm for just RM0.6 per hour (with parking coupon). Parking opposite Kea Farm costs RM3 per entry.

Often people buy plenty of vegetables and fruits in Cameron Highland. This place offers best price, but you may need to look at the quality of product. Have been con once with Jagung Susu, white in color, super sweet when we taste it. After buying it and brought back to homestay,it is blant and worse than a normal Jagung. So beware!

This is a partially under cover market selling vegetables such as mung beans and corn, fruit, plants and souvenirs. We looked around the market, tried some dried raspberries and bought some strawberries that tasted nice and lasted easily two days of travel. It was walking distance from our hotel and the EQ Strawberry Farm and was a pleasant diversion, particularly as we weren’t going to be around for the night market.
